Stewarding the Mission. Protecting the Vision. Leading with Purpose.

The Board of Directors

The MissionWake Foundation is governed by a board of spiritually aligned, strategically selected leaders who bring deep expertise across ministry, media, governance, and community transformation. These men and women serve not only as legal stewards of the Foundation’s integrity but as vision protectors—ensuring that every story we fund and every strategy we deploy remains aligned with our Gospel-centered mission.

From city transformation to nonprofit media ethics, from family advocacy to global discipleship, our board members guide the Foundation with prayerful discernment, wise oversight, and a shared commitment to seeing cities awakened through story, strategy, and equipping for impact.

  • Safeguards the Vision
  • Spiritual Discernment & Oversight
  • Guides Governance & Accountability
  • Oversees Nonprofit Media Funding
  • Supports City Transformation Strategy
  • Champions Kingdom Impact
MissionWake Foundation maintains full IRS compliance, internal reporting, and board-governed approval systems for all nonprofit-funded activity, ensuring every decision reflects integrity, impact, and the calling behind the mission.

The primary purpose of the MissionWake Foundation Board of Directors is to provide spiritual, strategic, and fiduciary oversight to ensure that every decision made by the Foundation aligns with its Gospel-centered mission.

The board exists to protect the vision, uphold legal and financial integrity, and steward the Foundation’s two core pillars: funding nonprofit storytelling and equipping churches for city transformation. Board members serve as guardians of the mission—discerning, approving, and guiding all initiatives so that every dollar spent, every story funded, and every campaign launched advances the Media-to-Movement blueprint with excellence, humility, and accountability.

Phase 1 Governance (2025):

During the Foundation’s launch year, a smaller advisory board of 3–5 members provides oversight and guidance as policies, training systems, and city partnerships are refined in preparation for full expansion in 2026.

Board Composition (Full Board – 2026):

The Foundation Board includes nine seats, each representing a vital domain of influence within the Media-to-Movement ecosystem. Each board member affirms alignment with the Foundation’s mission through the Board Commitment & Alignment Agreement, signs a Conflict of Interest Policy, and agrees to long-term confidentiality through a formal Board NDA.

“When God entrusts a vision, He also appoints guardians to protect it. Our board doesn’t just guide policy, they steward purpose.”
